From menopause basics to healthy entertaining courses for the holidays, we offer a variety of class subjects to meet you where you’re at. No matter the subject, the recipes for our classes stay the same: 45 minutes of cooking instruction on at least 1 unique NuCook recipe, 15 minutes of nutrition discussion with our Harvard dietitian and OB/GYN, and 15 minutes optional Q&A at the end!
