NuCook started as a series of in-person classes, taught in our teaching kitchen at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, we saw women struggling to work healthy meals into their increasingly complex and busy lives. So, NuCook’s virtual cooking series was born.

We bring personalized cooking & nutrition advice to you, in the place where you need it most: your kitchen. Cook along with our team of experts in real time, or use our resources to make healthy eating easy!
