Shed COVID-19 Class 3 Recap

NuCook welcomes you to our post-quarantine series ✨Shed COVID-19✨dedicated to helping you create healthy habits that will last a lifetime! In our most recent class, the wonderful Chef Eva gave us a demonstration on how to cook a Korean Inspired Slaw with Chicken and Gochujang Dressing, a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Overstuffed Potatoes.

Note: This nutritious and protein packed meal uses Gochujang, so we recommend purchasing this delicious Korean condiment in advance! You can find it in the Asian section in most supermarkets. Find more info on Gochujang here. And as always, we recommend that you measure and prepare your ingredients in advance (also called mise en place) to make sure things run as smoothly as possible.
