Honey-Sriracha Glazed Brussel Sprouts

Preheating the baking sheet helps the Brussel sprouts roasted and caramelize quickly without making them soft and mushy. if you have loose leaves they will blacken first but it will make a nice crispy addition to your dish.
Ingredients:
¼ cup honey
1-inch knob of fresh ginger, grated
1 ½ tablespoons Sriracha
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 pounds. Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved (about 6 cups)
2 tablespoons peanut oil (or another vegetable oil)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:
Adjust oven rack to highest position, place a rimmed baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 450 degrees.
Whisk honey, ginger, Sriracha and lime juice in a small bowl.
Toss Brussel sprouts, oil and salt in a medium bowl. Carefully remove baking sheet from oven and spread Brussel sprouts evenly over baking sheet, cut side down. Return to the oven and roast until browned and tender, 10-15 minutes. Drizzle the Brussel sprouts with the honey mixture and stir to coat; continue roasting for 5 minutes or until browned all over. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
