Lavash Seeded Crackers

Lavash Seeded Crackers. Adapted from Atoria’s Family Bakery. Serves 8

These crackers are so versatile, you can flavor them with whatever seasoning you enjoy, “Everything Bagel” seasoning  can take the place of the spices listed below.

 INGREDIENTS:

2 sheets whole grain Lavash bread

(we like Joseph’s Flax, Oat Bran and Whole Wheat Lavash)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoons flax seeds

1 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Kosher salt

 DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place Lavash sheets on a parchment lined baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.

Combine flax seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, garlic powder, onion powder and salt in a small bowl and sprinkle on the Lavash sheets.

Using a pizza cutter, gently cut Lavash into small squares or triangles and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the Lavash is slightly golden and slightly hardened.

Remove from the oven and let cool until firm.
